Insane footage of kamikaze bike messengers in New York. Real footage of a (funny) bank robbery in Downtown Los Angeles. And THE coolest time lapse video I’ve seen since Koyaanisqatsi. It is a 7 Day trip from Los Angeles to New York City compressed into 4 minutes, apparently directed by Michel Gondry. Absolutely wonderful!

The Economy Issue.

I always knew there was a place like this in New York, but it is the first time I actually see it. A six-story, 72-room, 35,000-square-foot, for $100k. Wanna know how much it is worth now? Insane. What to drink on a tight budget? And a good one, how much is $700 Billion and what would you do with it?

Active footage, underground pics, and a tone deaf singer.

Wow! I’ve never seen an “active” footage like this one before. Awesome. Check these super cool underground (lakes and rivers) pics. I have met color blind photographers, but I never even heard about a tone deaf singer. Well, there was one, and apparently very famous.

Rome, London, and Tokyo after the apocalypse.

For many years I have been fascinated with Giovanni Battista Piranesi’s etchings. I really like the feeling of “Rome after the apocalypse.” These images of London and Tokyo, a combination of photography, 3D modelling and digital manipulation, are almost as interesting as the old Italian Master’s images.

Growing, walking, and Mozart.

A very cool map showing the growth of certain streets, neighborhoods and cities over time. Which are the U.S. most walkable cities? What seems to be an unknown score written by Mozart was found in France.

Amazon wines, sharks, and tourist signs.

I have been hearing this rumor for too long, but apparently this time its true. Amazon will start selling wine next month. This one is odd, but interesting, where are most common shark attacks? Check these funny tourist signs.

Walkman, military map, and the ipod inventor.

A beautiful Walkman ad. A fascinating (and scary) map of the US military presence worldwide. And finally, meet the ipod inventor.
